First control movements are learned in a ground simulator. We learn how pulling, pushing and shifting the control left and right controls the hang glider.

Second, we learn to flat ground launch the glider and skim the shallow slopes of the lower dune with your instructor running along side.

Third, you gradually go higher up the dune earning more freedom to launch unassisted.
Finally, you are practicing with supervision landing softly on your feet in the landing zone.
