The Robertson Charts of Reliability is a "classic" (circa 1979) copyrighted risk managment system authored by Michael Robertson. We are fortunate to make available this video lecture and risk management system. Three themes are treated to a complete factor risk analysis with a scoring system allowing to calculate the reliability of a flight. Performing these as an exercise several times can better hone one's ability to recognize the important or extreme variables in the flight environment. This allows one to synthesize the moderate variables and act on the more intense ones - even if that "act" is to decide not to fly. I have personally reviewed the lectures and they are excellent. All my students will be required to study the material within.
